1. Mystery Box Contents

Each Mystery Box contains a curated selection of cycling-related products and accessories. The contents will vary per box and are pre-packed, no customisation or swaps available.

 

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the surprise nature of the Mystery Box, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have any issues.

 

3. Value Guarantee

We guarantee that the total retail value of the items inside each box will be equal to or greater than the price you pay.

 

4. Limited Availability

Mystery Boxes are only available while stocks last. Quantities are limited and may sell out without notice.

 

5. Promo Exclusivity

The Mystery Box promo cannot be combined with other discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes.

6. Delivery Timeframe
